how to use

For best results, use ARB Shampoo+ with the Adegen Exfoliation Brush at the start of your shower, to allow the shampoo maximum contact time on the scalp.

Rinse the scalp with warm water, then apply a generous amount of ARB Shampoo+ and massage into a lather with your fingers first.
Then brush your entire scalp firmly, 10 to 20 passes, or in circular motions.
Use consistent pressure, but do not scrub to the point of pain or irritation.
Let the shampoo sit for at least 5 minutes, then rinse it out as the last step in your shower. Follow with a quality conditioner if desired.

Amazing Shampoo! It Works! - It really does help you grow your hair back. In 6 months with using the topical, my hair has grown back in my bald spot areas. I saw a friend I haven't see in about 6 months and he was like what happened to your hair. Did you get hair transplants. I told him about adegen. I should have taken before and after pictures but I didn't think it would work.

I've been thinning through the middle of my hairline and have developed a widows peak the last 10 years. Ive spent thousands on supplements & other treatments to regrow my hair (some of these treatments made my hair much worse and actually made my hair look & feel very brittle) I started using Adegen after I saw an interview with John on Mind Valley. I was pretty inspired and decided to give Adegen a crack. I purchased the ARB no 3 kit and started using it everyday from the 1st February 2024. At two months, I was out of my serum so I purchased a top up of the 15x serum and have been using that the last two months. I'm about to approach 4 months of daily use with the program. My hair has grown back thicker & stronger and filled in through the middle of my hair line nicely. My partner has noticed a huge difference and comments regularly on how good its looking. The first 2 months, I didn't notice huge change. Around 3 months there was a noticeable change and by 4 months, it's looking heaps better. Here's a pic of me two weeks before starting Adegen and a pic of me today. Thank you, John & the team at Adegen. I'm really happy with the results thus far.
